These terms create a safe, organised and comfortable learning space for every child and family. By using this website or booking a course, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, registering for a course or paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Child Safety Policy and Privacy Policy. If you enrol a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms for them.
2. Payments
- Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment of the chosen package.
- You pay per package, not per lesson.
- We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through encrypted payment gateways.
- We do not store card details on our servers.
Refunds in short: full refund within 3 calendar days of registration and before the first lesson. After the first lesson, 50% of the value of the remaining unused lessons. No refund after 3 days without a request, or after more than 50% of the package has been attended. Read the full Refund Policy.
3. Attendance and punctuality
- A grace period of 5 to 10 minutes is allowed for late arrival.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson counts as taken and is not refunded or rescheduled.
- The lesson time is reserved for your child. Please respect it and the teacher’s schedule.
4. Missed lessons and rescheduling
- To reschedule or cancel, tell us at least 24 hours before the lesson.
- A lesson missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice counts as taken, with no refund or replacement.
- In a genuine emergency, management may offer a make-up lesson at its discretion.
- Three or more missed lessons without notice may lead to suspension or ending of the course without a refund.
5. If the teacher is absent
If a teacher cannot attend, we offer a make-up lesson at a time that suits you, or a credit of the same value. Teacher cancellations are never taken from your lesson balance.
6. Student and parent responsibilities
- Join lessons on time and ready to learn.
- Practise between lessons and complete any homework.
- For young children, a parent or adult should be nearby. We recommend that children use a camera during lessons.
- Treat teachers with respect.
Progress depends on practice and consistency as well as teaching. We do not guarantee a specific level of fluency or exam result.
7. Educational purpose
- Our courses are for education and personal development.
- Any certificate of completion we issue is not a government-accredited qualification.
- Our courses do not replace accredited exams. For GCSE and IGCSE, the exam boards decide results.
8. Copyright
All website content and course materials, including PDFs, audio, video and lesson plans, belong to the Academy or its licensors and are for the enrolled student’s personal use. You may not copy, distribute or resell them without written permission. Recording a lesson requires written permission from the Academy.
9. Responsible use of the website
You must not try to access servers, accounts or data without permission, bypass security, overload or disrupt the service, send spam to teachers or staff, or change website content. Misuse may lead to immediate suspension of access without a refund.
10. Limit of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for failures outside our control such as internet, device or video-service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course package.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If there is a problem, please contact us first at abdelrahmanmortada2020@gmail.com. We will work to resolve it quickly and fairly. Please read the Refund Policy before starting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Where they conflict, consumer protection law applies.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will email active students at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the website or services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
